Fundraising & Investor Relations Director – industrial fund

For our client, one of the biggest international real estate investors focused on industrial and warehouse market, we are currently looking for a person for the Fundraising & Investor Relations Director position.

This is a new role within a real estate fund based in Luxembourg with a head office in Warsaw, Poland. Due to dynamic growth and expansion, we’re now searching for an expert within fundraising for Czechia market.

This person will be responsible for further development of the company in the field of fundraising. You will have a chance to grow with the organization and work on the most challenging projects in Europe!

Depending on your preference and situation, you can be based in Warsaw or Prague office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and deliver a fundraising strategy that meets fundraising goals for Polish market.
• Maintain relationship with current and new investors. 
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with trusts, companies and individual investors.
• Working closely with Board Members.
• Creating reports and market analyses.
• Reporting to Board Member.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Higher education (finance / banking / investment will be an advantage).
• At least 10 years of experience in fundraising, wealth management, investment banking or private banking sector, ideally connected with real estate market.
• Proven independent successes in leading and closing deals (tracked record) is a must.
• Good understanding of financial and non-financial forms of financing options and securities such as bonds, stocks, credits, etc.
• Fluent English and Czech is a must, will be used daily, Polish will be an advantage.
• Strong sales & negotiating skills.
• Experienced and business-oriented attitude with highly developed communication skills is a must.
