For our Client, a well known developer company focused on industrial market, we are currently looking for a person on the Head of Leasing position.

This role is mainly designated to cover team leading and its daily management, creation of leasing strategies and acquiring of new potential tenants. You will manage a team of 4-5 Leasing Managers with different experience and characteristics, and you will be responsible for the team extension in the future.

You can be based anywhere in Poland, keeping in mind that you will have to be present at the company HQ in Warsaw once a week or more.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business development role in the field of industrial market in Poland, acquiring clients interested in leasing spaces.
  • Creating, in accordance with company model, long-term leasing strategy, advisory to The Board in terms of commercialization related areas.
  • Daily management of leasing team members – leading and  motivating team members, inspiration, as well as supporting them in a day-to-day activity, acting as a partner, leader, and the best example.
  • Working closely and building quality relations with tenants, investors, and real estate agents.
  • Creating leasing offers and presentations standards, including implementation of best practices.
  • Company’s assets presentations, visiting Clients which requires traveling on occasional basis
  • Leading lease negotiation meetings, processing agreements.
  • Effective deals closures.
  • Working closely with other department Directors and The Board.
  • Reporting to The Board.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

  • Higher education (education within real estate related areas will be a plus).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of industrial market is a must.
  • Great team management and highly developed leadership skills are crucial for this role.
  • Team player, positive attitude, easy going yet professional and business oriented.
  • Proven independent success in terms of closing deals is a must.
  • Strong sales & negotiating skills.
  • Fluent English is a must.
