
Senior Sales Consultant

For our client, residential development company focused on real estate market, we are currently looking for a person on Senior Sales Consultant position to work in residential department to be based in Wrocław sales office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business development role in the field of apartments sale, both premium and popular segments.
- Lead the project “from A to Z” including all its aspects (presentation, reservations, pre-purchase agreements, architectural coordination, final agreement preparation, notary check, payments, etc.).
- Assisting clients at all steps and procedures.
- Creating offers, documents, visualizations, etc.
- Working closely with department’s Manager.
- Negotiating with clients, keeping them always in the centre of communication.
- Ensuring completeness of all required documentation.
- Good sales results.
- Reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Higher education.
- Education in real estate will be a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in residential sales (apartments, flats, houses).
- Strong sales & negotiating skills, hands-on experience with modern sales techniques.
- Very good knowledge of the residential market in Poland, especially in Wrocław.
- Great attitude towards clients, keeping customer service satisfaction always on the highest possible level.
- Good command of English, ability to run meetings in this language.
