Marketing & Communications Specialist (Central Europe) – one year contract

For our client, an International developer company specialized in industrial real estate investments we’re currently seeking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist for Central Europe for its subsidiary based in the central European headquarters in Warsaw. In this broad and exciting role, you will cooperate closely with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator CE and work directly with the business managers located in the CEE region. Additionally, you will work with the European and global marketing team to communicate and effectively position initiatives and announcements both internally and externally.

Your main focus will be managing and executing the Central European external and internal marketing and communications activities. As the ideal candidate, you know how to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously. You know how to cooperate within a multinational team and work independently and proactively on specific projects. As all communications are in Polish and English, we are looking for a candidate who speaks and writes both languages.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Support the implementation of a cohesive and creative PR strategy for CE, liaising with partner PR agencies.
  • Working proactively with the country leads and other departments in developing messaging, stories and thought pieces to further promote the company within CE and at the country level.
  • Support internal communication initiatives from planning to implementation.
  • Deliver a range of diverse marketing activities such as website content, product positioning and promotion, property events and innovation campaigns.
  • Design of marketing materials in InDesign (e.g. emailers, online banners, headers, invitations).
  • Support internal communication initiatives from planning to implementation.
  • Review and update creative powerpoint presentations.
  • Update corporate systems with photos, videos, business data.
  • Deliver creative proposal documents for the business.
  • Coordinate the advertising design, schedule, budget and placements.
  • Execute and coordinate special corporate projects.
  • Overall administration of the department including invoices approvals and business expenses.


 Qualifications and experience

  • Interest in an employment contract for 12 months.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • of 3 years of international marketing and communications experience in a coordinating or project management role, preferably within a real estate or logistics/industrial area.
  • Experience supporting a wide range of marketing & communications activities.
  • Strong multitask and project management skills.
  • Experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to be flexible in working hours and travel.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in Adobe InDesign (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is welcome, however relevant training can be provided).
