My personal data will be processed for marketing purposes, in particular, for sending information about new/open job offers as part of recruitment processes run by HR Design Group Sp z o. o. The basis for the processing of personal data is my voluntary consent, a lack of which would prevent me from receiving the newsletter. My personal data will be shared with Freshmail sp. z o.o. for the purpose of sending the newsletter, and possibly with an IT service provider. My personal data may be sent to third countries, provided that if the European Commission has not established that an adequate level of data protection has been ensured, data may only be transferred if relevant security means have been implemented and if enforceable data subject rights and effective legal protection measures are in place in the given country. In particular, I have the right to access my data and to receive copies of my personal data. My data will be processed indefinitely until withdrawal of my consent to receive the newsletter. I have the right to access my personal data and to request that my data is corrected, rectified or removed, to request that the processing of my data is restricted, as well as the right to object to the processing of my personal data, to request transfer of my data and to withdraw the consent for data processing any time, which shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing performed on the basis of the consent before the consent was withdrawn; I also have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body (until 25 May 2018 it is GIODO).
