Investment Analyst (Pan-European Market) – new real estate fund

Our client – new international real estate fund – being part of the one of the biggest players in industrial sector is currently seeking for an Investment Analyst expert.

You will be involved in all the transactions done by the fund mainly in Pan-European market (both acquisitions and disposals), co-creation and working on financial models, working with documents (memorandums, presentations, reports) and much more.

You will have a clear development path and there will be a space for you to grow and receive a promotion with time. There will be a lot of work done and run in English, so you have to be able to communicate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Broad scope of involvement: transactions (acquisitions, disposals), financing, asset and fund management.
• Cashflow modelling and developing sophisticated, dynamic financial models for both assets and the fund, incl. scenario and sensitivity analyses, in MS Excel.
• Preparing and reviewing crucial documents, including investment committee applications, comprehensive investment memorandums, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing market research and analysis on an auxiliary basis.
• Supporting decision-makers in ensuring efficient and timely transaction execution (both asset and company deals); overseeing due diligence process and collaborating closely with senior team members on deal structuring, flow and negotiations.
• Contributing actively to origination and execution of debt financing, both for new acquisitions and existing assets.
• Monitoring portfolio (incl. real assets and entities holding them) to deliver financial and strategic insights that drive value and performance of the fund.
• Supporting investors relations, communication partners and service providers (interna and external).
• Working alongside colleagues from investment, legal, and finance teams, as well as external advisors, to facilitate seamless transaction execution and operational flow              

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics or real estate, from a leading university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years, gained in corporate finance within Big 4 companies, investment banking, commercial real estate investment funds / managers / developers / private equity.
• Skills: Advanced financial modelling abilities; fluency in MS PowerPoint, understanding of capital markets, financial structuring and commercial real estate.
• Soft skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving, ability to work under pressure and be effective in making decisions, accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work independently, but also in a team.
• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Additional Certifications: CFA, CIMA, RICS, or CCIM are considered a plus.
