Industrial Business Development Director

Our client, international fund and developer with its head office in Warsaw, is currently looking for the person for the Industrial Business Development Director position. This is an independent role (without a team) with multidisciplinary cooperation with other departments.

The company is focused on investment in industrial projects mainly, but not only. The person on this position will be responsible for acquisition of new clients in Poland while having expertise in the field of development & project management of industrial projects. It is crucial for you to be skilled in sales and client management, as well as be very familiar within technical aspects of construction processes and solutions.  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring new clients for industrial projects in Poland.
• Cooperation with legal, technical, construction and finance departments in terms of project development.
• Estimation of project costs, creating analyses such as technical due diligence, feasibility studies.
• Involvement in team cooperation for the purpose of obtaining all necessary approvals and permits (local zoning plan, building permit).
• Cooperation with the architects and project verification.
• Maintaining control over whole investment process (predevelopment, development, project management, costs, time schedules, budgets).

Requirements that you have to fill to be a part of this recruitment are:

• 5+ years of experience on similar position at international developer company in development / sales / project management department 
• Experience in working within industrial or retail is a must.
• Highly developed sales attitude, proactive client’s approach.
• Close cooperation with Special Economic Zones (SSE), investors hubs, business mixers and other events.
• Experience in working within industrial or retail is a must.
• Very good English – written and spoken – used daily at work with investors / clients.
• Experience in working on greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Experience in creation of technical due diligence reports, feasibility studies, etc.
• Business oriented attitude with highly developed communication skills.
• Ability to work in non-standard time and travel around Poland.
