Asset Manager – industrial developer

For our client, international developer and property manager focused on industrial market and its portfolio management, we are currently looking for a person on the Asset Manager position to manage industrial properties in Poland mainly in terms of performance analyses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Asset management of industrial properties located in whole Poland.
• Coordinating and, keeping day to day updates with Leasing Managers responsible for each property.
• Working closely and keeping good relations with company clients.
• Optimizing income and profit for each property within the portfolio.
• Team management, acting as a leader of responsible portfolio.
• Budgeting and reporting to Head of Asset Management and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

• Higher education (preferably within real estate or finance, economy).
• At least 4 years of experience in leasing and / or asset management of commercial properties on the owner / fund / developer side.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, budgets and cost control literacy.
• Focus on details.
• Team player attitude, empathic and enthusiastic personality, professional and keen to work hard.
• MS Office package fluency (Excel).
• Fluent English is a must.
