Junior Property Manager / Property Manager

For our Client International company focused on warehouse and other industrial projects property management, we are currently looking for a person for the Junior Property Manager or Property Manager (depending on your experience and seniority) role, to be based in Szczecin office. 

The person on this role doesn’t have to be much experienced, therefore a special process of induction will be run for the appropriate candidate. You will be managed by a Senior Property Manager, and you will be working on developing your skills in terms of property management, tenant relations, facility, as well financial and other areas of daily property management for various funds/owners. 

This job is an office-based job + travelling around for meetings and property inspections around voivodeship or further (but with ca 2 hours max. time of the journey) with a company car. No work from home is possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Property management of company warehousing and industrial properties.
• Working closely with tenants.
• Invoicing & costs reconciliation in cooperation with the accounting.
• Gathering and processing documentation (lease agreements, documents, invoices, etc.).
• Cooperation with Facility Managers, Technicians, Leasing Managers, Property Managers, Finance, Legal and other departments.
• Reporting to Senior Property Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Higher education.
• Experience in real estate is required but doesn’t have to be in the property management itself.
• Experience in technical management, leasing, budgeting & cost control will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn and grow, proactive approach, independence.
• MS Office package.
• B2 level of English is a must – will be used with international clients.
• Driving licence.
