Business Development & Investor Relations Director – industrial fund

For our client, one of the biggest international real estate investors focused on industrial market, we are currently looking for a person on the above position.

This person will be responsible for further development of the company in the field of fundraising, investors relations and its acquisition. You will have a chance to grow with the organization and work on the most challenging projects in Europe!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and deliver a fundraising strategy that meets fundraising goals for Polish market.
• Acquisition of new investors, client relationships management.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with trusts, companies and individual investors.
• Working closely with Board Members.
• Creating reports and market analyses.
• Reporting to Board Member.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Higher education (finance / banking / investment will be an advantage).
• At least a few years of experience in fundraising / wealth management / banking / luxury products sales or similar.
• Proven independent successes in the acquisition and management of wealthy clients’ portfolio, ability to build long-lasting relationships,
• Good understanding of financial and non-financial forms of financing options and securities such as bonds, stocks, credits, etc.
• Fluent English is a must, will be used daily.
• Strong sales & negotiating skills.
• Experienced and business-oriented attitude with highly developed communication skills is a must.
