Capital Markets Transaction Manager – industrial

For our client, a market leading international real estate investor developer focused on the industrial market, we are currently looking for a person for the Capital Markets Transaction Manager position.

This is a new role. This person will be responsible for managing the relationships and ongoing projects with existing investors and further development of the company in the field of funding development and running transactions. You will have a chance to grow with the organization and work on the most exciting projects in Europe!

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing ongoing projects and existing investor relationships with an overview of the investor portfolio

Business development role in securing funding, the market in Poland and internationally

Working closely with Managing Director

Creating reports and market analyses for investors and internal use

Investment due diligence reporting, creating other reports

Reporting to CM Director

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

Higher education (finance / banking / investment/ valuation background will be an advantage)

At least 3 years in a role participating and driving transactions for an investor or an advisor

Independent self-starting mindset

Good understanding of real estate and real estate valuation, and ideally real estate private equity

Experience with due diligence, valuations and real estate finance

Fluent English is a must, will be used daily

Strong account management and negotiating skills

Experienced and business-oriented attitude with highly developed communication skills is a must
