Investment Analyst – industrial fund

Our client – the fund registered in Luxembourg, with office based in Warsaw, is currently looking for a talented Investment Analyst to be working within a team.

You will be closely working with the Head of Investment and taking care of tasks such as acquisitions, disposals, financial modelling and more.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in acquisitions, disposals, financing, and asset & fund management.
• Develop financial models in MS Excel, including cash flow projections and scenario analysis.
• Prepare investment memorandums, committee applications, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to support investment decisions.
• Assist in transaction structuring, due diligence, and execution.
• Support debt financing for acquisitions and existing assets.
• Monitor investment portfolios and provide financial insights.
• Manage investor relations and coordinate with internal and external teams.

Our requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in finance, economics, or real estate.
• Experience: 2–3 years in corporate finance (Big 4, investment banking, real estate funds, asset management, private equity).
• Skills: Advanced financial modeling, MS PowerPoint, capital markets, and commercial real estate knowledge.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, decision-making under pressure, and teamwork.
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Preferred Certifications: CFA, CIMA, RICS, CCIM.
