Leasing Manager – industrial

For the international developer focused on investment in industrial projects, we are currently looking for a person on the Leasing Manager position to work in Warsaw head office being responsible for the leasing of few different industrial parks in the western Poland. Therefore, this role will require business trips for viewings and running negotiations.

You have to be experienced in the commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial) and have a proven track record.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leasing of company’s industrial properties – warehouse spaces.
• Working closely with tenants, building relations.
• Preparation of leasing offers and presentations.
• Travelling for viewings and negotiations.
• Leading lease negotiation meetings and ensuring completeness of all required documentation while running agreements.
• Optimizing income for leased spaces.
• Reporting to Leasing Director.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

• Higher education.
• Education in real estate will be a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience on similar position within commercial leasing area.
• Effectiveness shown by track record.
• Strong analytical, negotiating and highly developed soft skills.
• MS Office package literacy.
• Very good English is a must – used at daily work.
• Driving licence and good driving record.
