Leasing Manager – office (T. Rep)

For our client, specialized real estate advisory company managed by well-known pioneer of Tenant Representation in the commercial real estate market in Poland, we are looking for Leasing Manager (Tenant Representation) to be based in Warsaw or other major cities in Poland.

The company cooperates with the biggest international clients in office sector and due to its rapid growth, a new vacancy has arrived.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Searching for tenants and new business development opportunities.
• Running negotiations with tenants, landlords, advisory, and day-to-day client management.
• Ensuring completeness of all required documentation in the leasing process. 
• Responsible management of documentation and information in processes.
• Continuous database maintenance, including CRM.
• Good ability to prepare presentations, tender documents, spreadsheets, recommendations.
• Perfect maintenance of clients’ timelines.
• Cooperation and coordination of all subcontractors involved in the leasing process incl.: fit-out project managers, architects, legal and other departments.
• Working closely and reporting to Head of Agency.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Higher education.
• Education in real estate will be a plus. 
• At least a few years of experience in the leasing process of office spaces is a must. 
• Great knowledge of Polish office market and understanding of the contexts of the real estate market.
• Proven track record in leasing is a must, experience in the tenant representation sector will be a plus.
• Strong sales & negotiation skills.
• Fluent English in negotiations and daily contacts.
