Regional Marketing Manager / Cluster Coordinator – retail
Our client, international owner and manager of shopping centres spread around Europe, is currently seeking for the person for the Regional Marketing Manager / Cluster Coordinator position, ideally to be based in Warsaw head office or in one of their major centers (Gdansk/Wroclaw/Krakow). Consider, you have to be open for travelling once in a time around Poland and/or Europe (not often).
Main goal for this person will be the coordination of groups’ marketing projects in cooperation with Marketing Managers in each of 16 shopping centres (mainly in Poland and few in Slovakia) in terms of strategies, KPIs, budgets and operational marketing day-to-day actions as well as in the field of rollouts, implementations of new strategies and activities, etc.
You will closely cooperate with other countries in the CEE region, therefore you have to speak and write very good English.
Close cooperation and support for the Group Cluster Manager in the field of:
- marketing strategy development for the cluster
- deliver cluster business KPIs (NOI, T/O, footfall),
- marketing budget management (focus on best ROI of spent) and
- deliver digital KPIs (spot registered users, spot engagement) for the cluster
- cluster team engagement & development to ensure ‘share & reapply culture’
- develop brand partnerships to support multi-mall events on key strategic pillars
- develop strong partnerships with top 10 tenants
- reporting to Head of Marketing
Requirements:
- marketing experience within real estate shopping centers / retail marketing sector
- experience in working in international environment
- proficiency in business English
- positioning, media strategy mix principles, in mall implementation guidelines, etc.)
- creative agency partnership, creative process, creative mkt landscape, etc.).
- advanced understanding of business building Marketing drivers (such as optimum marketing budget split of comms, media, events and CRM to deliver the best ROI of Marketing Spent)
- open attitude, ability to adapt to changes, stress resistance, effective communication
