
Regional Marketing Manager – retail
Our client from retail real estate sector is currently looking for a person for the Regional Marketing Manager position, to be based at one of their offices in Warsaw / Kraków / Katowice / Gdańsk.
The main goal for this person will be the coordination of company marketing projects in Poland, in cooperation with local teams.
Close cooperation and support for the Marketing Managers in the field of:
- marketing strategy development for the commercial properties,
- monitoring of key performance indicators and other indexes,
- marketing budget management,
- regional marketing team engagement & development to ensure that the local actions are being carried out according to the company strategy,
- develop brand partnerships to support centres events in the key strategic areas,
- creating long-lasting quality relationships with tenants,
Requirements:
- proven track record in real estate marketing, specifically in retail,
- fluency in business English (working closely with international departments),
- comprehensive understanding of positioning strategies, media mix principles, and in-mall marketing implementation guidelines,
- proficiency in managing creative agency relationships, overseeing creative processes, and navigating the creative marketing landscape,
- expert knowledge of key marketing drivers for business growth, including optimal allocation of marketing budget across communications, media, events, and CRM to maximize return on marketing investment,
- demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
