Senior Investment Analyst – office developer

You will be closely working with the Head of Investment and taking care of tasks such as acquisition of financing, cooperation with banks, participation in sales of the commercial processes and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tasks related to obtaining financing and conducting loan launches.
• Participation in investment sales processes.
• Participation in the forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Preparation and analysis of cash flow, conducting property valuations, launching payments.
• Optimization of financial and operational processes.
• Assistance in audits and due diligence processes.
• Development and implementation of system tools.

Requirements that you must fill to be a part of this recruitment are:

• Professional experience of min. 3 years in areas such as analytics, controlling, investments, finance, ideally within commercial real estate market.
• Knowledge of English, minimum level B2.
• Experience in the field of investment analyzing.
• Knowledge of modern analytical tools, fluency in Excel environment.
• Attention to detail, precision and quality of performed tasks.
• Effective communication, argumentation and assertiveness skills.
