Leasing Consultant – Office

For our Client, one of the biggest developers focused on investment in commercial and housing properties, we are currently looking for Leasing Consultant to lease office spaces in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Business development role in the field of office market in Poland.
• Searching for tenants and new business development opportunities.
• Negotiating with tenants.
• Working closely and reporting to Management Board.
• Ensuring completeness of all required documentation.
• Good lease results, high success rate.
• Inviting potential clients for space viewings.
• Cooperation with fit out project managers, legal and other departments.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

• Higher education.
• Education in Real Estate will be a plus.
• At least 1/2 years of experience in the area of office spaces in one of the International        consultancy agencies or developers is a must.
• Great knowledge about Polish office market.
• Tracked records in leasing.
• Strong sales & negotiation skills.
• Ambitious & enthusiastic candidates.
• Very good English is a must.
