Senior Project Manager – Commercial

For our Client, one of the biggest developers focused on investment in commercial and residential real estate market we are currently looking for a person for the Senior Project Manager position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Full responsibility for all projects within region,
• Working on commercial and mix-use type of projects,
• Project management responsibility from the beginning of the investment process up to its final stages,
• Strict and daily cooperation with all company’s departments, including assertive negotiations and seeking for solutions to satisfy all interests,
• Managing team of employees, contractors, sub-contractors,
• Reporting to department’s director and stakeholders,
• Providing expertise in the construction process and the supervision plan,
• Timely delivery of reports about the state of work,
• Managing the design phase, the creation of a feasibility study, managing the progress and quality control on site,
• Knowledge of cost estimation, creating budgets, schedules,

To be successful in this role you will need: 

• Higher education – Civil Engineering,
• Construction license,
• At least 7/8 years of experience in commercial and residential project management,
• Experience in technical management, budgeting & cost control,
• Ability to see whole project from different departments’ perspective,
• Ability and experience gained on complexed mix-use construction projects,
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills,
• Very strong team management skills, ease in decision making, team oriented attitude,
• MS Office package and very good English is a must,
• Driving license & availability for business trips.
