For our client, A top‑tier specialist firm in office tenant representation we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to support rapid growth and help expand presence in the Polish and international office markets.
Location: Warsaw or other major cities in Poland
The company is an ambitious, fast‑moving commercial real estate advisory firm representing office tenants and delivering end‑to‑end services — from advisory and negotiation to workplace design, fit‑out, technical due diligence and project management.
This is not a corporate role. This is a growth role. You will work directly with the Owner & CEO and play a key part in shaping the direction and expansion of the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with a refined, consultative approach.
- Build a strong personal brand and represent the firm with credibility.
- Lead complex negotiations with tenants, landlords, advisors and contractors.
- Deliver high‑quality advisory supported by strategic options, financial analyses and market insights.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and produce polished presentations, proposals and tenders.
- Collaborate with design, workplace, fit‑out and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support major deals and strategic initiatives alongside the Owner & CEO.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; real estate–related education is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Polish office market and a solid understanding of broader real estate dynamics.
- Proven track record in leasing; experience in tenant representation is a plus.
- Fluency in English, including in negotiations and day‑to‑day communication.
