Capital Markets Director – industrial (m/f)

For our client, one of the biggest international real estate investors focused on industrial market, we are currently looking for a person on the Capital Markets Director position.

This is a new role. This person will be responsible for further development of the company in the field of emerging markets investors acquisitions, as well as securing of financing for land acquisitions within the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Business development role in the field of investors, securing funds and equity for the industrial projects in Poland.
• Searching for projects financing opportunities, close cooperation with institutional and private investors, land acquisitions financing.
• Working closely with Managing Director.
• Creating reports and market analyses for both clients and internal use.
• Independent acquiring, opening, running, supervising, and closing deals.
• Investment due diligence reporting, creating other reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Higher education (finance / banking / investment will be an advantage).
• At least 5 years of experience in securing financing for new development projects.
• Proven independent successes in leading and closing deals (tracked record) is a must.
• Good understanding of financial and non-financial forms of financing options and securities such as bonds, stocks, credits, etc.
• Fluent English is a must, will be used daily.
• Strong sales & negotiating skills.
• Senior level managerial experience and business-oriented attitude with highly developed communication skills is a must.
