Capital Markets Manager – industrial developer

For our client, one of the biggest international real estate developers focused on the industrial market, we are currently looking for a person on the Capital Markets Manager position.

This person will contribute to further development of the company with a focus on funding developments. You will have a chance to grow with the organization and work in the fastest growing market in Europe. 

Your responsibilities will include

• Reporting to CM Director while working closely with the development team.
• Creating spreadsheets and reports and market analyses for projects and tailor these to investors. 
• Business development role in the field of securing funds for development in Poland. 
• Assist in financial oversight of day to day operations when needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Higher education (finance/ economics / banking / investment will be an advantage). 
• Multiple years of experience working with spreadsheets or real estate valuation.
• Good understanding of finance.
• Ability to run a project independently and self-starter mindset.
• Fluent English is a must, will be used daily. 
• Proficiency in Excel environment (DCF, IRR waterfalls, sensitivity analysis).
  Experienced and business-oriented attitude with highly developed communication skills is a must.
