- Overseeing Other Software: Manage the implementation, integration, and operation of other relevant software platforms.
- Incident Management: Develop proactive threat hunting, incident response, and ongoing employee security awareness programs.
3. Technology Leadership & Operations
- Team Scaling & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow the IT team.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee RFP processes, select top-tier global integrators for the SAP transition, and ensure vendors meet budgets, timelines, and service-level agreements.
- Budget Oversight: Manage annual technology CAPEX and OPEX budgets efficiently, ensuring all investments produce measurable operational returns.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in progressive technology leadership positions (such as VP of IT, IT Director, or CTO), preferably in FMCG, industrial manufacturing, or large-scale logistics.
- SAP Mastery: Demonstrated, hands-on experience leading complex SAP migrations or upgrades from legacy or mid-tier systems to advanced enterprise models (preferably S/4HANA), including advanced CRM structures.
- Security Acumen: Deep knowledge of modern cybersecurity architecture, cloud security frameworks, and IT/OT convergence in manufacturing.
