Commercial Director – office

For our Client International developer focused on investment in real estate office buildings we are currently looking for a person on Commercial Director position to be based in Warsaw being responsible for all lease transactions within the company in Poland.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leasing of company’s office buildings
• Taking care and daily management of a small team
• Taking active role in negotiations with tenants
• Preparation of leasing offers, business meetings, negotiations
• Optimizing income for leased spaces, securing profitable deals
• Reporting directly to CEO and company headquarter abroad

To be successful in this role you will need: 

• Higher education
• Education in real estate will be a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in leasing office buildings (office agencies or office developers)
• Tracked record – signed lease agreements in the past
• Experience in negotiations confirmed by the evidence with success
• Superb knowledge about office market in Poland, its trends and challenges
• Knowledge about workplace advisory will be an asset
• Strong analytical skills, client oriented and sales attitude
• “Deal maker” type of personality, open and empathic person
• MS Office package fluency
• Fluent English is a must
