Senior Leasing Manager – Office (m/f)

For our client, an international fund focused on investment in real estate office buildings and other commercial projects in the CEE region, we are currently looking for a person on the Senior Leasing Manager position to be based in Warsaw being responsible for all lease transactions within the company in Poland as well as for the daily management of the future leasing team (2).

This is a new role within the organization, therefore you will also be responsible for the recruitment of your own team as well as for its further management and growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leasing of company office buildings.
• Active search of new tenants and preparation of leasing offers.
• Negotiations of lease agreement.
• Renegotiations and renewals of signed lease agreements.
• Cooperation with external agencies and business partners.
• Participation in works related to the division and consolidation of premises.
• Main KPIs: base rent, service charges, occupancy, WAULT, leasing velocity.
• Ongoing analysis, conclusions & recommendations.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Education in real estate will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of excellence in leasing office buildings (preferably from office agencies or office developers).
• Practical specialist knowledge regarding the Warsaw office market, acquired during independent introduction of class A and B office projects in the last 24 months.
• Experience in running negotiations, confirmed by the evidence with success.
• Understanding the rules for creating the value of the assets.
• Superb knowledge of office market in Poland, its trends and challenges.
• Knowledge about workplace advisory.
• Strong analytical skills, client oriented and sales attitude.
• “Deal maker” type of personality, with open communication and empathic personality.
• MS Office package fluency.
• Fluent English is a must.
