Sales & Marketing Director – residential (m/f)

For our client, one of the top development companies focused on real estate residential market, we are currently looking for a person on the Sales & Marketing Director position to work and lead sales and marketing team in all Poland branches.

This is a new role within the company. Therefore, it will require from you to be flexible, creative, and proactive. The Board is seeking for a person who will be working with them closely on development of the company, both in terms of projects and results.

You have to be open for travelling.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running day-to-day team management, acting as a leader for both sales and marketing teams.
  • Create, implement, and execute sales strategies, marketing plans, budgeting, delivering results.
  • Support Team Managers with the projects including all its aspects (creating offers, documents, visualizations, presentations, pre-purchase agreements, architect cooperation, final agreements, notary check, marketing strategies, project co-creation, etc.).
  • Cooperation with marketing agencies in the field of branding, marketing, PR materials and activities regarding lead generation as well as running analyses of all available marketing and sales data.
  • Supporting, managing, and leading diverse teams located in major Polish cities.
  • Working closely and reporting directly to The Board.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

  • Higher education.
  • Education in real estate will be a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in residential sales as a Department Director or similar senior role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational skills.
  • Strong team leading skills.
  • Experience in covering the sales, marketing & PR projects for residential investments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the residential market in Poland.
  • Great attitude towards clients, ability to ease in building relationships, communicativeness.
  • Good English.
  • Driving licence.
